Delay…

I’m working on a separate project from my CPMV, so there’s going to be a little bit more of a wait. I don’t know how long it’s going to take, but I hope it turns out to be good. =)

I’ll be able to make a video soon, so hang in there. If it doesn’t come out this weekend, I should be done next weekend.

Update 3.21.10

Just a few minor things today.

• Fixed a glitch in the HyperCam download
• Modified the chat room rules
• Corrected a spelling mistake I had typed when I was about eleven years old
• ~TBE — another update in progress~ Added a temporary message on the About page: The reason I put it there was in case I made a new post after this while the message is still relevant. I know some people have the tendency to only read the first post on the page. Here is the message, though, for the people that don’t really browse the pages:

I CANNOT MAKE VIDEOS RIGHT NOW.

My computer completely quit on me. It’s permanently dead. It can’t be resurrected; it’s just a pile of scrap metal and silicon now. So I’m using this old one that has minimal memory, which means most complex programs (specifically meaning my video editor) barely work, and overloaded flash files, as in, Club Penguin, are terribly slow. It’s kind of impossible for me to make a video right now, unless you really want to see some choppy crud…
Anyway, I’m limited to what I can do on here. I can’t even watch YouTube videos without it pausing and skipping all over the place. I’ll get straight onto things when I get a new computer… Whenever that is…

This old one broke my iPod because of its low-speed USB port.

Update 11.14.09

Playlist created a Beta version–with no URLs next to the music file. This means we can no longer have access to a song through the site.

• Changed answer to music downloading question.

And it looks like Sony is beginning to claim their copyrights on YouTube, too.

• Added ‘Sony BMG’ to the description disclaimer in FAQ.

And…

• Changed ‘Contact’ page a little, due to improper use of my email.

• Pages changed so that there are no links related to old YouTube account.
• Video clarity question in FAQ fixed so that people can custom-fix their video correctly.
• Aspect Ratio page added to explain how to use the numbers effectively.
• Theme changed to a more quickly loading version.

YouTube Accounts Suspended

You may have noticed that when you try to go to any of my accounts’ channels, it will redirect you to the YouTube homepage and say “This account is suspended.” The whole story is that about a year ago, YouTube had put a strike against my account for having uploaded the song YMCA. When you get three strikes, you’re out of YouTube. Similar to baseball, I guess.
So just a few days ago, they decided to give me another strike for having The Hampster Dance in a video. And lucky for me, I also had a fast-forward version of The Hampster Dance, which got me another strike at the same time.
My accounts? Boom. Dead.
All three I had were linked to the same email, so they knew that they were all mine. So ways of communication through the fans are very limited, as most of them just walked around my channel, not clicking the blog links. I don’t know how they’ll all find me on my new YouTube, and I don’t expect everyone to.

My new account is JoySauceJ. If you’d like, you can help the word get around.

Email Change

Hi penguins,

I have moved my email address to splat.7@live.com. Don’t ask. (; The previous one (inni_productions@ymail.com) will be removed later—if you send a message to it, I assure you the chances of me reading your message will be… Uh, zero percent. So, I just want you guys to know about the change before realizing it about 2 months after it happened. xD

Update – 08.03.2009

Dear penguins:

I just wanted to let you know that I’ve updated the section of copyright issues in my FAQ. I changed the dispute entry, as well as the old dispute entry, which as of now should just be in your video description. The new one is more guaranteed to work, and I thank LordofDoom5432 for his tutorial (which I pretty much just read his description so I could have a good disputation lol), and there is also a link to him/his video in the FAQ’s answer.
